Privacy Policy

pixmech ("we", "us", "our") built justScoreLive ("the App") as a sports score-tracking application. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and your rights regarding your data.
Our core principle: your data stays on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit personal data to any server.
1. Information We Collect
Information we do NOT collect
- We do not collect personal information (name, email, phone number, address).
- We do not create user accounts.
- We do not use analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs.
- We do not collect device identifiers for tracking purposes.
- We do not access your contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or location.
Information stored locally on your device
The App stores the following data locally on your device only:
- Match data — team names, scores, sport type, match dates, and match results. This data is stored on-device and is never sent to our servers.
- App preferences — settings such as onboarding completion status and subscription status.
This data remains entirely on your device (and your iCloud account if you use device backups). We have no access to it.
2. Device-to-Device Communication
The App uses the following Apple frameworks for local device communication:

These connections are peer-to-peer between your own devices. No match data passes through our servers or any third-party servers.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, process, or store any payment information, credit card numbers, or billing details. For information on how Apple handles your payment data, please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy.
4. Third-Party Services
The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The only third-party service involved is Apple's App Store for subscription management, which is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise share any user data with third parties. Since we do not collect data, there is nothing to share.
6. Sharing Match Results
The App allows Pro subscribers to generate and share match result images via the system share sheet. When you choose to share, you control where the image is sent (Messages, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.). We do not have access to or control over where you share these images.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
All match history data is stored locally on your device. You can:
- Delete individual matches by swiping in the Match History view.
- Delete all app data by uninstalling the App from your device.
Since we do not store any data on our servers, there is no server-side data to delete.
8. Children's Privacy
The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from children. The App does not require account creation and does not collect any personal data from any user, regardless of age.
9. Security
Your data is protected by the security measures built into iOS, iPadOS, and watchOS, including device encryption. Since data is stored only on your device, its security is managed by Apple's operating system protections and your device passcode/biometric settings.
10. Your Rights
Under applicable data protection laws (including the EU General Data Protection Regulation), you have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data. Since we do not collect or store personal data on our servers, these rights are exercised directly on your device by managing or deleting your app data.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
