Welcome to justScoreLive ("the App"), developed and operated by pixmech ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Description of the App

justScoreLive is a sports score-tracking application for iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch. It allows users to track match scores for Padel, Tennis, Volleyball, and Table Tennis, with features including multi-device sync, spectator mode, match history, and shareable match result cards.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.

3. User Accounts

The App does not require you to create an account. All match data is stored locally on your device.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers a free tier with limited features and a premium subscription ("justScoreLive Pro") that unlocks all sports, match history, sharing, and iPad spectator mode.
justScoreLive Pro is available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscription.
The yearly plan includes a 3-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the free trial ends, you will be charged the yearly subscription price.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings in the App Store.
Prices are set in App Store Connect and may vary by region. Applicable taxes may apply.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to the App.
Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the App or any part of it.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, trademarks, and other intellectual property in the App are owned by pixmech. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Score tracking is provided as a convenience tool and should not be used as the sole official record for competitive events.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pixmech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of scores, or inaccurate match results.

9. Third-Party Services

The App uses Apple's StoreKit for subscription management and Apple's frameworks (WatchConnectivity, MultipeerConnectivity) for device communication. Your use of these services is subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the App.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
